This project is a six-storey mixed-use building located on Ngong’ Road, designed to serve both administrative and hospitality functions for the Missionaries of Africa. The facility integrates a variety of spaces into a single, cohesive structure.

The building’s contemporary design features clean lines and a functional aesthetic. The facade is characterised by a combination of smooth plaster finishes, textured accents, and extensive use of glass on balconies and windows, ensuring ample natural light within the interiors. The design creates a professional yet welcoming atmosphere suitable for its diverse functions.

Key facilities within the building include modern offices, a conference room for meetings and events, and dedicated archives. For hospitality, it houses comfortable guest rooms, a dining hall, a resident parlour for social gatherings, and a nurse room to provide onsite care. This development successfully combines multiple uses into one efficient and modern facility.
